We would require a non-refundable deposit of 30% for each person booked with us in order to confirm your safari. The balance of 70% must be two months before the start of the safari. Incase the booking is made within the two months, then full payment must be paid. All payments will be in U.S. dollars, electronic transfer or bank draft.
Any cancellation should be in writing email is preferred. Cancellation is only valid once INSide AfriKA acknowledges receipt of your email. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
– More than two months before start date of your safari – 25% deposit.
– Two months before start date – 50%
– Three weeks to one month before start date – 75%
– Two weeks or less – total cost of safari quoted.
If the balance due is not received by the due date we have the right to consider your booking as cancelled.
INside AfriKA will not take responsibility of any loss or injury, death, delay or damage of your personal property during your safari. We will also not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal property caused by Act of God (Force Majeure) – or circumstances beyond our control like civil unrest, war, strike, etc. We only act as agent for hotels & lodges, third party services.
Whilst INSide AfriKA will take every care to ensure that you get all the relevant information regarding your safari in terms of documents visa, health certificates, etc. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct travel documents. In the event that a traveller has to cancel his/her safari because of incomplete travel documents, we will not be responsible for this.
- By paying for your safari, it constitutes that you have accepted the terms & conditions.
Travel insurance – You are advised to take your own travel insurance.
Changes to Itenerary :
Whilst it is not our policy to make such changes, we reserve the right to make changes to the iteneraries in unavoidable circumstances that may be caused by, bad weather, security, last minute payments, overbookings by hotels/lodges, or missed flights.
We only accept children bookings under 18 years if accompanied by their parents/guardian who will take responsibility.
Our rates do not include Easter, X-Mas & New year supplements charged by most of the hotels & lodges. Rates are subject to change without prior notice in case of increased rates in park fees, vat or any other situations beyond our control.
Missed/ Cancelled international flights
Inside AfriKA will not be held responsible incase of any cancelled flights caused by missed flight connections due to bad weather or such cases. In such cases extra costs related to accommodation & meals are met by the respective airline that you have booked or booked by your travel agent.
